DREAM BIG : BELIEVE BIGGER is a place in which I hope I can share some of my own journey. My aspiration is that by sharing my experiences, I will perhaps spark a new idea in you, maybe give a boost in confidence or even generate the impetus to take action on something new you’ve dreamed of doing for some time.

Life is full of so many twists and turns, mostly unexpected, sometimes tough and sometimes awesome. If we can have a mindset whereby we learn that even in the face of challenging times if we stay optimistic, those tough times can in fact help us to learn, I truly believe life can be full of joy.

About me

Integrity, trust and humility … just some of the core values which I live by in order to enable myself to be truly authentic in the work I do. Having spent many years working with people in various businesses in my HR career, I have taken great pleasure in coaching and mentoring people in their quest for happiness and success.

As we grow in our careers we begin to realise how important it is to work in environments which align with our values. It’s my belief that when we put ourselves into an environment or situation that doesn’t allow us to be in flow we can’t bring our best selves to the people or places with which we work. Often when I am coaching or mentoring people that aren’t happy in their work there is a connection between their unhappiness and a misalignment in their values to the environment they are working within.

My core values are non-negotiables so the culture of my work environment needs to embody these things otherwise I can’t be my true authentic self.

We are never the finished article and my curiosity leads me to continually learn… new ideas, fresh approaches… different ways to do things.
